Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Kona Skatepark Association for expenses relating to
its Keiki Bowl project.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $20,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
