Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation for expenses related to multimedia outreach materials and production of
the souvenir program booklet for the 32nd Annual Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $3,283 from the Clerk -Council Services —
