Dear Honorable Chair and County Council Members,
On behalf of the Lehua Jaycees, I would like to ask for
your support of this Bill for the late "Auntie Sally" Kaleohano.
We, the Lehua Jaycees are a young persons leadership
organization, doing training through community service. Over
the years, we have done numerous projects using the county
facilities such as the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium for our
Springfest Carnival and Reach for the Stars program and the
Miss Aloha Hawaii Scholarship Pageant. We also have used the
Butler Building for the Senior Citizens Christmas Fantasy Land,
and the Haunted House.
Auntie Sally has been a big help to our organization in
everything that we did. Always with a smile and a "how you
doing Baby or sweetheart". She hustled around for things we
needed with no complaints as I am sure she did for any other
organization that used the complexes.
Auntie Sally is a worthy person, and deserving of this
resolution in her honor.
We, the Lehua Jaycees humbly ask for your support in this
reslolution for Auntie Sally, as it is befitting of her.
