The proposed amendment is <br />shown below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 194; material to be <br />deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. <br />SECTION 5 of Bill No. 194, which amends chapter 25, article 2, division 7, section 25-2-74, of <br />the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 25-2-74. Plan approval application requirements for <br />telecommunication antennas or towers. <br />In addition to the application requirements for plan approval contained in section <br />25-2-72, an application for plan approval for a telecommunication antenna or tower shall <br />[ .] be accompanied by: <br />(1) A filingfee ee of. <br />(A) $500, in the case of a telecommunication antenna; or <br />(B) $3,000, in the case of a telecommunication tower, <br />[(J}] Q A plot plan showing the location of the proposed antenna or tower and <br />all buildings and uses within three hundred feet thereof, <br />[{�}] M An elevation drawing of the building site showing the proposed antenna <br />or tower relative to the ground surface and all existing structures; <br />[(3)] (4j Building plans for the tower, certified by a licensed structural engineer, <br />stating the maximum load of the tower and verifying that the tower, together <br />with the initial antennas and other equipment or structures proposed to be <br />installed thereon, will have a hard survivability for sustained winds of one <br />hundred miles per hour or the applicable standard set forth in the current <br />building code, whichever is greater; <br />Ref.
