COUNTY OF HAWAPI <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />25 6 BILL NO. <br />208 <br />( DRAFT 2 ) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-11 (LALAMILO-PU`UKAPU ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />FROM AGRICULTURAL — 40 ACRES (A-40a) TO RESIDENTIAL — AGRICULTURAL — <br />0.5 ACRES (RA-.5a) AT PU`UKAPU, WAIMEA, SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAI`I, COVERED <br />BY TAX MAP KEY: 6-4-017:001. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-11, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br />property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Pu`ukapu, Waimea, <br />South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Residential-Agricultural-0.5 acres (RA-.5a): <br />Beginning at a 1-inch pipe (found) at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of <br />land, being also the Southwesterly corner of Grant 6820 to John McCoy and a point on <br />the Northerly side of Mamalahoa Highway, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br />referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "EAST BASE" being 7,409.10 feet <br />North and 4,439.40 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br />South: <br />1. 730 50' 280.00 feet along the Northerly side of <br />Mamalahoa Highway to a point; <br />2. 1660 10' 311.00 feet along the Easterly side of Alanui <br />`Ohana Place to a 1-inch pipe <br />(found); <br />-1- <br />
