Dear Flawaii County Council Members,
As you are receiving many of these feedback emails, I am also part of the l:::Iuako commurifty which has doriated
$2.5M arid countless volunteer hours over the past decade to save Puako FReef by implemeriting a sewer system in
Puako. I have been a part of the Fluako commur-ii-ty since 1988 when my husband purchased our property. We have
put iri a septic system but the problems for saving the waters demands much more from F:Iuako citizens and Hawaii
citizens. Arid the Puako residents have been actively working on trying to find the right ways to work with
goverrimerit to save our waters and all that entails.
NOW is the time, aridTF-11S is the administration that can make it happen. i support -the confirmation of Mr. Sagawa
as l' EEM only if he commits to partriering with the Fluako community, the Fluako for F"�eefs organizatiori, and the many
partners it has developed 'through the years, to implemerit a sewer system in l:::Iuako during his teriure. Tbank you.
