NOW is the tune, and THIS is the administration that can make it happen. I support the confirmation of Mr. Sagawa as DEM only if lie coirin its to partnering AN ith the Puako cornnnniity, the Puako for Reefs organization, and the many partners it: has developed through the years, to implement a sewer systerrr in Puako during his tenure. After 40 years of s«rimming the Puako Reef I have seen a decline in coral and fish over the years, but the past ten years have been the worst. It is imperative that all of the cesspools in Puako be closed up and imperative that. Puako have a sewer systeul. People live in Hawaii to swim, snorkel and dive in the ocean, Nisitors come to HaNvaii for the ocean. We are letting our natural bounty and beauty die. Please allow our Puako reef to revwe and it cannot do so without a sewer system. Sent. Nvith aloha, Gail Morris 128 Puako Beach Drive Oil p.'
