Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
I am part of the Puako community which has donated $2.5M and countless volunteer- hours over, the
past decade to save Puako Reef by implementing a sewer- system in Puako. NOW is the time, and
I HIS is the administration that can make it happen. I support the confirmation of Mr. Sagawa as DEM
ONLY IF:.. he COMMITS to partnering with the Puako community, the Puako for Reefs organization,
and the many partners it has developed through the years, to implement a sewer, system in Puako
during his tenure.
