Ordinance 25-1 (Bill 219 Draft 2): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-22 (Puna District Zone
Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as
amended), by changing the district classification from Agricultural—20 acres (A-20a) to Family-
Agricultural— lacre (FA-la), Kea'au, Puna, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 1-6-003:081 and 129.
AYES: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Onishi and Chair Inaba—5. NOES:
Councilmember Villegas— 1. ABSENT: Council Members Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder and Kierkiewicz—2.

Ordinance 25-2 (Bill 220): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-6 (Kailua-Honalo Urban Zone Map),
Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended), by
changing the district classification from Single-Family Residential— 10,000 square feet(RS-10)to
Neighborhood Commercial— 10,000 square feet (CN-10), at Holualoa,North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by
Tax Map Key: 7-7-009:008. AYES: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kimball, Onishi,
Villegas and Chair Inaba—7. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Members Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder and
Kierkiewicz—2. EXCUSED: None
Ordinance 25-3 (Bill 221): An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 10 1, which amended the State
Land Use Boundaries Map for the County of Hawai`i by changing the district classification from the
Agricultural District to the Urban District at Kahului 2nd,North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map
Key: 7-5-017:042. AYES: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kimball, Onishi, Villegas
and Chair Inaba—7. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Members Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder and Kierkiewicz
