Aloha Councilmembers,
T am writing In support of the Hualalai Court Workforce Housing 20 IH application to build 104 affordable
apartments in your district.
As you well know, our communities have been. dealing with problem, associated with the tack of affordable
housing for a long time and with the increase of homelessness the crisis has made it that much more urgent. Our
island would greatly benefit from your approval of the Hualatal Court Workforce Housing 201 H application to
effectively address this issue.
