RE: FY 2025 Career Criminal Prosecution (CC11) and
Victim Witness Assistance (VW) Programs Supplemental Awards
This is to inform You Of the Supplemental award amounts for the CCP and VW programs for
FY 2025. The 2024 Legislature appropriated FY 2025 supplemental funding of $2,456,750 for
CCP and VW. Kauai did not request supplemental funding.
Below are the amended FY 2025 award amounts for CCP and VW, by County.

The Governor has not released the Budget Execution Policies and Instructions for FY2025,
so it is unknown whether there will be any restrictions applied to the discretionary general fund
appropriations which may impact the CCPand V\Vfunds, The allocation and payment schedule
will be provided after the Budget Execution Policies have been released.
We will be executing Supplemental Agreements to reflect the increased amounts for FY
2025. We will uood your revised FY 2025 budget for each program. Please submit Your revised
FY 2025 budget for each program to Jennifer Cullen, Grants and Planning Branch Chief, via email
at hyJune 28`2O24.
