Kekai <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County of Hawaii to negotiate a multi -year lease (with <br />additional renewal options of five-year increments) with the Hawaii Island Veterans Memorial, <br />Inc., a nonprofit organization, without notice or appraisal, for the real properties identified as Tax <br />Map Keys (3) 2-4-057:029 and 2-4-057:031.
