Re: Resolution No. 46-25, Draft 2; a Resolution Approving the Award of Funds to
Various Nonprofit Organizations for Programs Addressing Housing and
Homelessness by the Office of Housing and Community Development.
Attached please find Resolution No. 46-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 46-25 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 67.9 and duly approved by the Council on January 31, 2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading,
and adopted Resolution No. 46-25, as amended to Draft 2.
