I am writing in support of Resolution 46-25 for the 2025 Homelessness and Housing Fund Awards. These
funds are essential to ensure continued services for our neighbors and keiki in need of housing on
Hawai' i Island. The delay in this funding is disrupting services to our communities, and these
communities need to be protected.
urge the council to pass this funding, to protect the basic need of shelter for people struggling in our
county.
