Testimony to: Hawaii County Council
Relating to Funding Marijuana Eradication ; : .
*Testifying in the Perspective of the Medical Marijuana PLANT"S eye view!
The Medical Marijuana Plants Union has sent me to represent their feelings
and perspective
to the Council in the hope that you will STOP the plant "genocide" that parades
around disguised as Green Harvest, Counter-Cannabis and Wipeout.
Millions of our fellow medical marijuana plants are cut down, ripped up,
poisoned, trampled and kidnapped by HOSTILE MILITARY forces pretending to
make the Big Island a safer place.
I understand the facts are that crime and hard drug use has gone UP here
since the "BLITZKRIEG" military forces that disregard privacy and medical
rights on us marijuana plants began 20 years ago.
It looks to us plants like the Police are "creating a crime" where there is none,
in order to extend the "color of law" where it DOES NOT BELONG! We plants are
not criminals, nor do we force anyone to use us.
We know that we came from GOD and He planned us to HELP our planet! The
faith-liberated sons and daughters of GOD also realize the purposes intended for
this very special, sacred plant.
Worship, prayer, healing, re-birth of spirit and the will-to-live are just a few of
the specific results of it's appropriate application.
We plants ask you to stop PERSECUTING us and our creator farmer partners
with your helicopters and troops. The children of the Big Island need to be
taught respect for the creations of our heavenly Father and a deeper
understanding of their true nature.
STOP FUNDING the insane eradication of our most sacred and important plant
ally! We plants propose that you honor and respect the activities of our Chief
Union Steward; Rev,. Jonathan Adler
Executive Director of the Hawaii Medical Marijunana Institute who legally offers
phyto-sanitary herbal medicine to sick and suffering people with a Doctor's
recommendation as a part of his "healing ministry", which he has faced arrest,
persecution, prosecution, and conviction for his courage , truthfullness and
honor in his faithful stewardship of our NOBLE CAUSE!
WE THE PLANTS, and our farmer parents, beseech you to REFUSE the
FUNDING request because of these factual reasons:
2.) The CONTRACT does NOT COMPLY with current state and county laws. No
procedural changes have been agreed to in writing by law enforcement
regarding legal cutivation by registered parties or facilities for medical use.

2.) We are STILL, after 20 years, not aware of any appropriate "PROGRAM
REVIEW" that meets the standards called for by the county's own Charter.
THUSLY, IT MUST STOP NOW!
*If you can follow the Legislative Example and begin new positive programs
that propagate instead of eradicate, our island and our state will prosper and
find new health as a commuity.
And all of us Medical Marijuana plants can breathe easy again!.......
