COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. '76 25 <br />RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) NEW CUSTODIAN/ <br />GROUNDSKEEPER I POSITION FOR THE HAWAVI COUNTY <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department is in need of a <br />Custodian/Groundskeeper I position for the new communications call center; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this position is essential to ensure that the new facility is <br />routinely cleaned and maintained; and <br />WHEREAS, the position indicated above is one (1) <br />Custodian/Groundskeeper 1, BCO2; and <br />WHEREAS, Article V, Section 5-1.3(c) of the Hawaii County Charter <br />states that the Mayor has the power to "Create positions... for which <br />appropriations have been made by the council..."; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'l <br />that one (1) Custodian/Groundskeeper 1, BCO2, position be created in the <br />Hawaii County Police Department. <br />
