SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds — Council District 7 — Police Department
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to D.A.R.E. Hawaii to assist with expenses relating to the
2025 D.A.R.E. Hawaii celebration event in West Hawaii.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $3,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
