SECRETARY Mahalo for your approval to move Resolution 51-25 for Hualalai Court Affordable
Workforce Housing through the committee. I appreciate your commitment to find
affordable housing solutions within our community.

Alexander Keeley I am writing in support of Resolution 51-25 to build 104 affordable apartments in
April Bates Hilo. I support it because it will provide affordable housing for the GAP group,
which includes individuals who might be making too much money to qualify for
Craig "Bo"Kahui traditional low-income housing assistance but still cannot afford market-rate
Edwina Fujimoto housing.This project will provide these essential workers with a stable place to call
Napua Kekauoha- home by offering affordable options within their income levels.

As someone who works at a non-profit that provides affordable housing options
Nikki Bredeson for our island residents, I am excited to see a housing project like this that will
Tashanna Okami offer affordable housing options to those who keep our communities running
smoothly, and I'm hopeful that it will make a real difference for those who need it
