SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 10; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 22,
Article 3, Division 2, Section 22-3.3.2, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as amended), Relating to Allowable Areas for Special Activity Permits.
Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 10. The proposed amendment is
shown below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 10; material to be
deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored.
SECTION 1 of Bill No. 10, which amends chapter 22, article 3, division 2, section 22-3.3.2, of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by amending a listing to
be appropriately inserted in subsection (f) and to read as follows:
"• Ane Keohokalole Highway, makai side, between [Palani Read and Kealakehe
Parkway.] the West Hawaii Civic Center and the "Allied Quarry" access road."
Due to the limited scope of this proposed amendment, a copy of the new draft of Bill No. 10 that
would result if it were adopted is not attached.
