SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Lions Club of Kona Community Foundation, Inc.,
to assist with expenses for the 39th Annual Hawaii Kupuna Hula Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $9,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
