Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to D.A.R.E. Hawaii to assist with expenses related to its 2025
D.A.R.E. Day Celebration event in West Hawaii.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
