Informs their conclusion is that redesignation of these properties would not be an appropriate land use pattern for this section in Hilo, as presented in their attached Analvsis; therefore, recommends that the current General Plan land use designation of Medium Density be retained. Fujimoto, dated September 13, 1990, submitting a bill amending Section 25-89 (Kailua Urban Zone Map) Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-7.5) at Hienaloli 5, North Kona. Informs, the Commission concurs with the Planning Director's denial recommendation for reasons, as listed. Comm. 1976: COUNTY OF HAWAII INFRASTRUCTURE & FINANCING ANALYSIS AND PLAN From Planning Director Duane Kanuha, dated September 14, 1990, transmitting for information a copy of the County of Hawaii Infrastructure Financing Analysis Plan prepared by Sutro & Company. States, the primary purpose of this infrastructure analysis effort was to evaluate all of the county's financing alternatives, and to recommend a set of actions to meet the County's infrastructure needs. EXTENSIVE AGRICULTURE TO RESORT AND MEDIUM DENSITY URBAN (1,043 acres) TMK: 5-7-01:20 & 23 and 5-8-01:9, 10, 11 16 17 & 18 From Planning Commission Chairman Donald Thompson dated July 12, 1985, transmitting for adoption, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 439 and as amended by Ordinance No. 761, a proposed ordinance bill to amend the Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide Map designation from Extensive Agriculture to Resort and Medium Density Urban designations as well as to amend the General Plan to identify the area as an Intermediate Resort area for Mahukona Properties, Ltd., located in the land divisions of Lamaloloa, Kaiholena, Kaupalaoa, and Kehena 2, North Kohala.
