dated September 5, 1990, acknowledging receipt of their
annual progress report, as required by Condition P of
Ordinance 88-121 and accompanied by an Affordable
Housing Need Study, a Water Quality and Marine Life
Monitoring and Mitigation Plan, a Pond Management Plan,
and a Cultural Resources Management Plan in compliance
with Conditions G, J, K and L, respectively, and a

States, these documents will be transmitted to the
appropriate agencies for their review and comments.

Informs their conclusion is that redesignation of these
properties would not be an appropriate land use pattern
for this section in Hilo, as presented in their
attached Analvsis; therefore, recommends that the
current General Plan land use designation of Medium
Density be retained.
