SUBJECT: Transmits Bill No. 24, Draft 2; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Articles 1, 2,
4, 5, and 7, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Telecommunication Antennas and Towers.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 24, Draft 2. During its meeting on February 18, 2025, the Policy
Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development amended Bill No. 24 with the
contents of Communication No. 110.6, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 24, as amended to Draft 2, to its next meeting on
March 6, 2025.
