Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney -client <br />confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on <br />questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br />liabilities regarding the above -referenced lawsuit Earthjustice attorneys David <br />Henkin and Elena Bryant filed on behalf of their client Hui Malama Honokohau. <br />We request this matter be placed on Council's March 19, 2025-agenda to <br />discuss matters requiring Council approval.
