Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Island of Hawaii YMCA to assist with expenses
related to its Youth Sailing Program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $9,650 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
