Original, location of the tower was to be further away from homes of The Kaumana City subdivision.

1, Judith S. McDanniel has owned 25-105 Pukana La Street alongwith my son Elijah McDanniet for 19
years. I have lived at this address for 10 1/2 years. I was NEVER NOTIFIED or asked how I felt about said
Cell Tower, (I wouLd have said) NOT IN FAVOR. I called and Emailed the planning Department on
Decemberl 1,2024 when I saw the tower being installed. I was told because my home is beyond 500 feet,
I was not included in the maiting address for notifications. Please see attached letter.
I have learned that The President of HOA Kaumana City, Mary Uyeda presented a letter at the 2022
hearing. She stated that ALL Kaumana City residents were in favor of said tower. Mary Uyeda violated my
Constitutional rights, as code Section 25-2-74, # 8 says efforts were made to notify, meet with, inform
and engage adjacent tanclowners and the affected community regarding the proposed use; She never
made any effort to notify me.
