This position is an important position for development especially in Kailua Kona of the Special Management Area. I don't know Chris Toafili, so, there is No personal conflict, strictly on what is posted public information gathered. Very concerned and questionable why with so many notices this was disregarded? "Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 11-322 (c) " the Commission is required to publish on its website the names of all candidates who have failed to file the organizational report or correct the organization report within two weeks after the Commission provide a notice to correct. 1.Faiture to file Organizational. Report. The following candidates has/have failed to file the organization report within 10 days of filing nomination papers or within 10 days of receiving Contributions or making or incurring expenditures of more than $100 in the aggregate during the applicable election period, whichever was earlier.
