Notice is hereby given that the Hawai‘i County Council will be conducting this meeting via interactive
conference technology (ICT) pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-3.5. Council Members will be
participating via ICT at the:
Hilo Council Chambers, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401
Members of the public may also attend from this location.
Public attendance via Courtesy Site is available at the following locations:
Pāhoa Council Office, 15-2879 Pāhoa Village Road; and
Ocean View Community Association, 92-8924 Leilani Circle.
If a Courtesy Site is unavailable and/or participation is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue.

AGREEMENT TO IMPLEMENT ELECTRONIC CITATIONS IN HAWAIʻI
COUNTY
Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year agreement with an estimated cost of
$249,334 for the first year and $241,614.63 for years two through five to
implement an electronic citation program.

estimated cost of $328,640, for the Office of Sustainability, Climate, Equity and
Resilience to develop a Facilities Conditions Assessment and Energy Management
Plan for County of Hawaiʻi facilities.

at 34 Rainbow Drive in South Hilo.

Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – Community Project Funding Old
Hilo Hospital account ($3,600,000); and appropriates the same to the Community

design, repairs, and renovation costs of the old Hilo Hospital, located at
34 Rainbow Drive in South Hilo.
