Dear Chairman Arakaki:
I am in full support of the Hawaii Police Department marijuana eradication
enforcement program and would like to see this program continue.
I urged the Hawaii County Council to accept Resolution Number 246-00 authorizing
the county of Hawaii to enter into an agreement with the United States of America,
pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 46-7, fir a marijuana eradication grant.
