Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 35, reports as follows:
Bill No. 35, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication No. 170, dated
February 28, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 24-32, as amended, the operating budget for the County
of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
This bill appropriates revenues in the State Grants — State Substance Abuse Prevention Coordination
Grant account ($7,100); and appropriates the same to the State Substance Abuse Prevention
Coordination Grant account.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 35, and recommends its
passage on first reading.
