Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 30, Draft 3. At its meeting on March 19, 2025,the Council
amended Bill No. 30, Draft 2, with the contents of Communication No. 157.4, resulting in the
attached draft.
The Council then passed Bill No. 30, as amended to Draft 3, on first reading.
