REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairman Inaba and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney -client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above -referenced lawsuit Richard Wilson, Esq. filed on
behalf of his clients, Aryn Mitsuo Yoshida, et al.
We request this case be placed on Council's agenda for April 16, 2025.
