One issue is a persons right to possess and utilize Cannabis Hemp. The other issue is the "intrusive choppers"and a persons ght to privacy." My definition of privacy is the same as the Dictionary's, 6m&*AW i,• the quality or state of being free from observation or intrusion L ALUEDQOMMODITY.~ I bought a home in Puna and moved from Honolulu exnec ima to live in peace and solitude behind my own fence... WHD, /N TH/S ROOM DOES NOT CHERISH THE/R PRIVACY!? One of the misconceptions is, ifyou want privacy, you must be a grapy not true!... We are watched, photographed amt video taped every time we enter a state, a bank, the mall, even driving through an intersection, look up and you may see a camera looking back O you. (a camera is in this room) Your apartment, your home, behind your own property line, is the onll place to retreat, relax and have some control overyour environment. There is gVERY_REASOIN to decline this grant money because of lie years of complaints by hundreds of citizens from the communities you work for! 'Vou have had a 114 of a century to eradicate this plant! Cannabis hemp is not a 'detrimental drug, it is a legally-valued medicine and an industrial resource in Hawaii. 4 As Mr. Chung stated @ the last meeting, "it's part of Hawaii's culture and if people want to gro w @ 1axw, so be it.
