Kimo Alameda, dated February 28, 2025, transmitting for consideration the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2026. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and appropriations of$937,740,471, which represents a proposed 1.8 percent increase compared to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget.
