Kekai <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year, for a <br />multi -year agreement, consisting of three -years, with two option years for management and <br />operation of the fixed route transit system for the Mass Transit Agency. The selected contractor <br />will provide drivers to operate County -owned buses for specified routes and provide their own <br />buses and drivers to service the remaining routes. The selected contractor will also provide <br />management, personnel, dispatching, maintenance, and other services to ensure transportation <br />services are carried out.
