Contingency Relief funds from Council District I will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to D.A.R.E. Hawaii for the 2025 D.A.R.E. Day Celebration in
East Hawaii.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,591 from the Clerk -Council Services —
