Article 15, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Nepotism.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 21, Draft 2. During its meeting on April 1, 2025, Governmental
Operations and External Affairs Committee amended Bill No. 21 with the content of
Communication No. 9 1. 1, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to recommend passage of Bill No. 21, as amended to Draft 2, at first
reading.
