Aloha Council Chair Inaba and Council Members,
| am pleased to nominate N]rn L. Lin from Council District 3i0 San/a on the Real Property Tax
Board of Review.
Ms. Lin was born and raised in Hilo and is a proud 1999 graduate of St. Joseph High School.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and
currently serves esthe Operations Director for the Big Island Substance Abuse Council. She
and her husband are property owners in East Hawai'i, where they proudly raise their family.

Center and serves as the Board Treasurer for the East H6wai'iCultural Center. Together with
her husband, she is a local entrepreneur and an engaged member of both the Japanese
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hawai'i and the Hawai'i Island Chamber of Commerce.
