COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
Re: Comm. No. 182/Res. No. 106-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 106-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 106-25, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication
No. 182, dated March 13, 2025, transfers/appropriates an appropriation out and from the designated
fund account(s) and credits same to a designated fund account(s).
This resolution transfers $5,212 from the Parks and Recreation Administration Other Current
Expenses account to the Animal Control account to provide a grant to Action 4 Animals to support its
rehoming and adoption programs for at -risk animals.
Committee Member Michelle Galimba provided background on this matter and commented in
support.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 106-25, and
recommends its adoption.
