Subject: Regulate small cells
Aloha,
I am a stage 4 head &neck cancer survivor. I am very blessed to be alive.The cancer tumors were caused
from living near a cell tower in Honokaa.
We need to have small cells completely banned from use on our island!
I know others on island who had brain cancer caused from cell towers, without even the added increased
danger of small cells mounted on towers!
