I live in Kihei Maui and I am SUFFERING daily with all these unregulated cell towers and transmitters
everywhere.
It is bad enough that we are surrounded by towers everywhere but now also have Smart meters mounted on
homes &small cells everywhere too.
I had to sell my home because it was surrounded by 8 transmitters on the homes around me making it so bad
for me that I could not live there. Small cell transmitters are as bad if not worse than towers. It has been
known all along that they are all dangerous and that is the reason they passed that 1996 bill to say that IF it
hurts humans or the environment then you can NOT sue. The FCC is taken over by BIG cell corporations so
please take it back.
I have constant headaches and eye pains from microwaves and I am now EHS.
I have lived in the islands for over 50 years and may have to leave to find a safer place to live unless something
is done to STOP all this pollution.
Please help STOP this most dangerous pollution we are all facing daily.
Remember You and your family are not IMUNE to this radiation and we are ALL suffering daily.
Please support the amendment to include small cells in Bill 24.The Director misspoke when he said small cells
couldn't be regulated here. Wireless technology is constantly changing, and the ordinance must keep pace.
Several years ago, the County adopted a resolution to halt 5G small cells. They are a novel and an untested
technology that has raised alarm bells around the world and caused dozens of local jurisdictions across the
country to regulate deployments. Big Island needs an ordinance that includes small cells.
