Subject: Regulating Small Cells
Please help us to support the amendment to include small cells in Bill 24.! The Director misspoke
when he said small cells could not be regulated here. Wireless technology is changing constantly, the
ordinance must be able to keep pace. Several years ago the County adopted a resolution to halt 5G
small cells.! This is very important in public health and safety.! They are intrusive and an untested
technology that have raised substantial alarm bells around the world! And caused So Many local
jurisdictions across the country to regulate deployments. Also the Big Island needs an ordinance that
includes small cells. Please Support The Amendment Including Small Cells In Bill 24! Mahalomai
