Aloha Chair Kagiwada and Council Members,
I am writing to ask you to oppose this Resolution. There is no need to
require our Local police to cooperate in ICE raids. And in fact, with the
news nationally, ICE cannot be expected to act within the Law, so that
Local police forces may be cooperating with illegal actions if this MOU
were to pass. I urge you NOT to pass this Resolution as proposed.
