Subject: I am against Res. 74-25 because I believe it is too much federal overreach and
possibly unconstitutional
Aloha Council Members, my name is Jessica Kuzmier and I am a resident of Hawaii County. I would like for you to vote no
on Resolution 74-25.
1 do not want Homeland Security to embed agents with the Hawaii County Police. I feel that having ICE agents
embedded in our police force to conduct federal raids is in direct conflict with the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, and will
cause needless mistrust of our police force, as well as possible fear of reporting crimes which will make them more
vulnerable to exploitation. Please do not approve this resolution.
