SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 24, Draft 3; An Ordinance Amending
Chapter 25, Articles 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as Amended), Relating to Telecommunication Antennas and Towers.
Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 24, Draft 3. The amendment is shown
below in Ramseyer format with respect to the content of Bill No. 24, Draft 3; material to be
deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be inserted is underscored.
SECTION 7 of Bill No. 24, Draft 3, which amends chapter 25, article 4, division 1, section
25-4-12, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by
amending subsection(d)to read as follows:
«(d) [The minimurn setbacks for-teleeaffffntinieation towers a-fe as follows!
