Dear Chairman Arakaki:
I am in frill support of the Hawaii Police Department's marijuana eradication and
enforcement program and would like to see the program continue.
I urge the Hawaii County Council to accept Resolution Number 246-00 authorizing the
County of Hawaii to enter into an agreement with the United States of America, pursuant
to Hawaii Revised Statutes 46-7, for a marijuana eradication grant.
