Kimo Alameda, dated March 27, 2025, <br /> requests the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of Kim L. Lin to the Real <br /> Property Tax Board of Review. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Micah Alameda was present in the Kona Chambers. He <br /> explained that Ms. Lin was not able to be present due to a work conflict and assured the <br /> Committee Members that Ms. Lin would be present at the next meeting before the Council for <br /> an introduction and to answer questions. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the <br /> purpose and intent of Communication No. 230, and recommends confirmation of the <br /> appointment of Kim L.
