Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs,to which was referred
Communication No. 230,reports as follows:
Communication No. 230,transmitted by Mayor C. Kimo Alameda, dated March 27, 2025,
requests the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of Kim L. Lin to the Real
Property Tax Board of Review.
Executive Assistant to the Mayor Micah Alameda was present in the Kona Chambers. He
explained that Ms. Lin was not able to be present due to a work conflict and assured the
Committee Members that Ms. Lin would be present at the next meeting before the Council for
an introduction and to answer questions.
Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the
purpose and intent of Communication No. 230, and recommends confirmation of the
appointment of Kim L. Lin to the Real Property Tax Board of Review.
