These steps must be completed before funding for construction can be included in future year budgets. This critical step is necessary to ensure the project's timely completion and to address the growing safety risks for our community.whe current single access point at Paniololwaikoloa Road is inadequate, as demonstrated during the 2021 fire evacuation. With new housing developments underway, delays in completing a second arterial road will put all Village residents especially those in the north at greater risk during emergencies. We cannot afford to wait any longer. Thank you for your time and attention to this urgent matter. I respectfully request that you address this issue and ensure the Ref.
