Section 19-2, and Article 7, Section 19-53, of the Hawaii County Code 1983
(2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to the Affordable Rental Housing Real
Property Tax Classification.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 39, Draft 2. During its meeting on April 15, 2025, the Finance
Committee amended Bill No. 39 with the contents of Communication No. 206.1, then forwarded
Bill No. 39, as amended to Draft 2, to Council with a favorable recommendation.
